So it's been a while since I've been on here, so I'll re-introduce myself...

I plan on start working out every morning, instead of like 2 times a week, and doing various other exercises through out the day. I tend to pinge/burge a lot, my binges aren't too bad though they just come at night :/ Anyway ill try to stick to about 500 calories or below a day. Sound do able?
