So it's been a while since I've been on here, so I'll re-introduce myself...
 

hw: 156
cw: 137
lw:130
height: 5'6
gw1: 133 (may 15)
gw2:129 (may 31)
gw3:125 (june 8)

I plan on start working out every morning, instead of like 2 times a week, and doing various other exercises through out the day. I tend to pinge/burge a lot, my binges aren't too bad though they just come at night :/ Anyway ill try to stick to about 500 calories or below a day. Sound do able?

So I am new here and I don't even want to post my stats, but I have a lot of weight to loose. I really hope I can do this, I only had 200 calories yesterday and like 500 today but I'm really disappointed with today. I want to just have liquids tomorrow and sunday. Can anybody give me some help/motivation?
